- To process and confirm your cleaning service booking.
- To communicate with you regarding your appointment, including reminders and updates.
- To improve our website experience and service offerings.
- To comply with any applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
We will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
To deliver our services, we engage the following trusted third-party providers:
- Ozow (Payment Processing) — All payments are processed securely through Ozow, a PCI-DSS-compliant South African payment gateway. Valour Sparkle does not store, transmit, or have access to your card or banking details. Ozow’s own privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.
- Google Analytics — We use Google Analytics to monitor website traffic and understand how visitors interact with our site. This service collects anonymised data such as page views, session duration, and geographic region. Google Analytics may use cookies to collect this data. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
4. Cookie Policy
Our website uses cookies — small text files placed on your device — to improve your browsing experience and to collect anonymised analytics data. We use the following types of cookies:

Booking records are retained for a period of 5 years for legitimate business and accounting purposes, after which they are securely deleted. You may request earlier deletion of your personal information (see Section 7).

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Our website uses HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.
